I took the liberty to add this question myself since I got it via email from one of our users. I thought I'd add it here and share with everyone the answer.
Hey,
I'm evaluating some static analysis and SoftaCheck caught my eye.
I forked a repo and wanted to get a report for it, is it possible? I only seem to find an option to review a commit but I want to check the repo itself.
thanks!

When you do a pull request the SoftaCheck analysis is done on the entire repo. All files are run through the static analysis tool.
